AEM Developer – Defence Project

Location: Anywhere in Australia (remote / hybrid options available)
Security Clearance: Baseline clearance essential, NV1 preferred

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer to work on a Defence project. You will be part of a delivery team building and enhancing modern, secure digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React.

This role suits someone comfortable working in structured, compliance-driven environments while still delivering high-quality front-end and CMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build React (SPA) components and integrate them with AEM

  • Develop AEM templates, components, content fragments, and content models

  • Work with Java for AEM back-end development and integrations

  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and testers to deliver secure, scalable solutions

  • Follow Defence standards, security controls, and development best practices

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Solid React and modern JavaScript (SPA) development experience

  • Experience developing AEM components, templates, and content models

  • Working knowledge of Java in an AEM context

  • Familiarity with secure, enterprise, or government environments is highly regarded

Security Requirements

  • Baseline security clearance is mandatory

  • NV1 clearance is highly desirable
