Our client is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Developer (AEM or AEP) to assist their team with a range of tasks and projects in the digital experience space.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including component development, templates, workflows, and content architecture, across Sites and Assets.
  • Proven backend and frontend development capability, including Java, Sling Models, OSGi, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
  • Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Commerce (Magento), including storefront integration and headless or hybrid implementations using GraphQL and REST APIs.
  • Solid understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service, including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployment models.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimisation, caching (e.g. Dispatcher/CDN), and the ability to troubleshoot across CMS, frontend, and commerce layers.
  • Strong expertise in AEP, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), data ingestion, identity resolution, and profile unification
  • Proven experience designing and implementing data pipelines, including ingestion from multiple sources using APIs, streaming, and batch methods
  • Experience working with segmentation, activation, and audience management to enable targeted, real-time customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, XDM schemas, governance, and privacy frameworks within AEP
  • Experience integrating AEP with broader Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g. Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer) and external systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data and personalisation solutions.
