Admintration Support Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and resilient Administration Coordinator to support a fast-paced operational environment. It is through to end of June 2026 with possible extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to communications centre staff and leadership
- Manage operational staff meal breaks within CAD systems
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain system integrity
- Generate daily operational reports and briefing information
- Screen incoming calls and escalate complex enquiries where required
- Act as an initial point of contact for staff and public enquiries
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a high-pressure environment
- Strong administrative experience supporting operational teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience using CAD systems (desirable)
Rotating Roster – 3 on 3 off, or 4 on 4 off pattern. Includes weekends, public holidays, and late-night finishes. Start times vary between 6.30am and 4pm.
