The Role: This Not-For-Profit Organisation is seeking an Administration Support to join their team to provide high-level support to our Executive and broader team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Responsibilities:

  • Excel-Based Reporting: Develop, update, and maintain Excel-based reports to support executive operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Presentation Development: Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and related materials for executive meetings, briefings, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Executive Support and Diary Management: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive, including effective diary management, scheduling of meetings, and coordination of appointments.
  • Meeting and Office Coordination: Manage room bookings and meeting logistics, including preparation of agendas, coordination of catering, and organisation of office resources to support daily operations.
  • Team and Office Administration: Deliver general administrative support to the broader team, contributing to efficient office workflows, document management, and communication across departments.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4 years as providing Office Administration or Business Support with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with proven ability to create reports and professional presentations is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with experience managing diaries, meetings, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Previous experience in an administration or executive support role within a corporate or government environment.
