What you will be doing

  • Targeting a range of enterprise level organisations across Auckland
  • Partnering with stakeholders (IT Managers, Head of IT, CIO etc.) to understand their training needs and align solutions
  • Proactively identifying growth opportunities within accounts and cross-selling services
  • Preparing account plans, reporting on KPIs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Representing the business at industry events and client workshops

Who you are

  • An experienced Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager, with a keen interest in all thing’s tech
  • You understand the NZ tech landscape and are passionate about helping businesses upskill
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver value
  • Strong communicator who’s confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • A team player who’s organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
