
Account Manager
If you’re passionate about digital capability uplift and making a real impact through education and training, this role will give you both purpose and plenty of room to grow.
What you will be doing
- Targeting a range of enterprise level organisations across Auckland
- Partnering with stakeholders (IT Managers, Head of IT, CIO etc.) to understand their training needs and align solutions
- Proactively identifying growth opportunities within accounts and cross-selling services
- Preparing account plans, reporting on KPIs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Representing the business at industry events and client workshops
Who you are
- An experienced Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager, with a keen interest in all thing’s tech
- You understand the NZ tech landscape and are passionate about helping businesses upskill
- Commercially minded, with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver value
- Strong communicator who’s confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- A team player who’s organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
