Account Manager - Automation, Robotics, AI, SaaS
About the company & role:
An award-winning international Automation & Software as a Service (SaaS) vendor is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing sales team!
This exciting opportunity will see you sell a range of complex solutions from Software (SaaS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, as manage a portfolio of accounts across Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail, FMCG, and Logistics. You’ll be responsible for all account renewals, and expansion (up/cross sell) opportunities.
The business is well established in Australia and hosts a local marketing and presales function to support you on all expansion opportunities. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel nationally and internationally to key industry events where this vendor has a large presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing portfolio of accounts
- Handle all account renewals
- Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio
- Conduct regular healthcecks on your accounts and ensure customers and utilizing solutions to their full potential

- Salary: $100k to $120k + Super + Uncapped Commissions ($200k+ OTE)
About you:
- Have 3+ years sales experience selling SaaS Solutions
- Experience across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
- Experience managing portfolios of $3m+
- Experience Selling into Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, Warehousing is a plus
- Possess a track record of meeting and exceeding renewals & expansion sales targets.
- Willing to travel nationally, and internationally when required (60% travel)
