Account Executive // HR Tech
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle, net-new business generation-sourcing prospects, running discovery, crafting tailored solution presentations, and guiding customers through to contract signature. You’ll be joining a collaborative, product-led business that invests heavily in modern sales tooling and cross-functional alignment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively identify and target new business opportunities across ANZ

Run qualification and discovery to understand customer needs and challenges

Deliver tailored demos and solution presentations

Manage leads through the entire sales cycle to close

Utilise modern, AI-driven sales tools to boost productivity

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

Provide customer insights to support ongoing product improvement

Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
What They’re Looking For

4+ years’ B2B SaaS sales experience

Proven success in net-new business / outbound environments

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build relationships and credibility quickly

Analytical approach to market research and pipeline management
