We’re looking for ambitious Account Executives with as little as 1 year of full end-to-end sales experience who are ready to fast-track their growth into a Senior AE role. This is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career, work with some of the most exciting brands across Australia, and join a high-performing team where top achievers hit 200-400% of target.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new clients

  • Partner with a dedicated BDR while also sourcing your own leads

  • Conduct discovery calls using Solution Selling & MEDDIC

  • Collaborate with internal teams for fast, high-quality delivery

  • Negotiate deals that create value for both sides

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3 years’ outbound AE experience (end-to-end sales)

  • Previous BDR/SDR experience

  • History of exceeding targets

  • Passion for fintech and helping brands grow
