
Account Executive
Our client is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive growth across the Energy & Resources sector, with a particular focus on mining and utilities. This role is responsible for managing complex enterprise sales cycles (6-12 months), building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative digital transformation solutions that create measurable value for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers within Energy & Resources
- Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting through to close
- Deliver compelling presentations and ROI-led business cases to senior stakeholders
- Leverage internal teams and partner ecosystems to drive client success
- Build and maintain strong relationships across customers and partners
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies with full ownership of results
- Stay across industry trends to position solutions against competitors
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of direct enterprise sales experience
- Minimum 5 years selling into Energy & Resources (mining, utilities)
- Proven success winning new logos and consistently achieving quotas
- Strong existing industry network across customers and partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operate with urgency and determination
- Demonstrated loyalty and career stability with a positive trajectory
