Our client is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive growth across the Energy & Resources sector, with a particular focus on mining and utilities. This role is responsible for managing complex enterprise sales cycles (6-12 months), building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative digital transformation solutions that create measurable value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers within Energy & Resources
  • Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting through to close
  • Deliver compelling presentations and ROI-led business cases to senior stakeholders
  • Leverage internal teams and partner ecosystems to drive client success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across customers and partners
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies with full ownership of results
  • Stay across industry trends to position solutions against competitors

    Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of direct enterprise sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years selling into Energy & Resources (mining, utilities)
  • Proven success winning new logos and consistently achieving quotas
  • Strong existing industry network across customers and partners
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operate with urgency and determination
  • Demonstrated loyalty and career stability with a positive trajectory
