With multiple locations across Canberra, and nationwide, the organisation seeks only the most skilled and professional individuals to assist them in developing programs, policies and initiatives that will improve the quality of life for vulnerable Australians.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives, working across business and technical teams to capture requirements and translate them into actionable outcomes. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Your duties will include:

  • Eliciting, analysing and managing business and technical requirements
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
  • Supporting Agile delivery including backlog refinement and requirements gathering
  • Translating business needs into functional and technical documentation
  • Contributing to process improvement and solution design

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis roles
  • Strong experience working with technical stakeholders and translating complex concepts
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience supporting internal business systems (ERP, HR, learning platforms, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile and/or waterfall environments
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
