Talent has been named LinkedIn’s Most Socially Engaged Staffing Agency for the second consecutive year, taking out the coveted accolade at an awards presentation in Sydney. The title positions Talent as the number one medium enterprise agency with headquarters in the Asia Pacific region.

LinkedIn’s annual awards recognise over 60,000 staffing agencies globally for their content marketing, social recruitment and overall audience engagement. According to LinkedIn, what sets winners apart is their ability to engage members through compelling company and employee activity.

Talent Founder & Executive Chairman Richard Earl said it was an honour to be recognised by LinkedIn two years in a row.

“As a global tech and digital recruitment leader, LinkedIn is incredibly important when it comes to connecting with our community. This award is testament to the work of both our dedicated global marketing team and our highly engaged recruitment specialists who understand the value of sharing helpful content to our clients and job-seekers. It also shows the passion across our global business for driving engagement through social media.”

“We are determined to create content around important issues such as diversity, equality, the future of work, start-ups and other topics we know our clients and candidates care about,” Earl added.

The Most Socially Engaged Staffing Agencies 2018 are assessed based on data gathered from September 1st 2017 to August 31st 2018. Over the past 12 months, Talent gained 29,268 new LinkedIn followers.

According to Talent’s Marketing Manager for EMEA, Matthew Harland, the award solidifies the company’s refreshed focused on brand and purpose in the past year.

“In 2018, we undertook a project to refresh and define the Talent brand at a global level. We worked across the world to articulate what our brand stands for and how we will break from the pack to support our clients, candidates and those we work with. This clear vision and a vibrant new look and feel has now come to life in our LinkedIn activity and we’re really excited to see such positive engagement as a result.”

This recognition caps off a hugely successful 2018 for Talent, which picked up a total of eight industry awards throughout the year.
