This is a great accomplishment for Talent and we’re enormously proud of the recognition from LinkedIn, and our movement in the rankings from 9th place in 2016 to winners of the 2017 awards.

CEO APAC Mark Nielsen commented ‘It’s great to see LinkedIn recognising staffing agencies and their social media success. For us, social media is a fundamental part of the business and how we operate so it’s great to be acknowledged for our efforts.’

At Talent it’s not just the marketing team who manage social media, in fact the entire business are actively involved and contribute to the social strategy. Employees from around the globe are regularly encouraged to contribute content and ideas and they frequently engage and share Talent content. And just as importantly they’re encouraged to use social to grow their personal brand. As a recruiter this is an incredibly powerful platform, one we recognise and promote.

While Talent use social for marketing and business development  and to connect  with clients and candidates, the benefits  of this channel to promote the company’s EVP and retain staff is not overlooked.

CEO APAC Mark Nielsen commented “Social media is a channel we use to engage and retain our staff. Too often businesses forget their employees as a critical audience in their overarching social strategy.”
