The Talent team in the UK were out again before the Christmas break supporting an amazing charity called IcklePickles. Ickle Pickles are the smallest and sickest babies who need intensive care in Neonatal Units – whether born too soon or with an illness, the NHS cares for over 20,000 ickle pickles every year.

Our employees spent the day taking part in various outdoor activities to help raise money and awareness for the charity. The teams across the UK had great fun and got themselves into the Christmas spirit, despite what felt like ice cold temperatures.

After tallying up efforts, a total of £1,500 was raised, which was generously matched by the Talent UK board, bringing the final total to £3,000. We would like to thank everyone who donated to this heart-warming cause and for being so generous with their donations.

Commenting on the day, Rebecca Trowell, CPO EMEA said: “It was a fantastic day, everyone got involved and we have raised enough money to buy the much needed equipment for the premature baby unit. It’s great that Talent can support charities like IcklePickles”.
