Talent-Digital-Marketplace

After an intensive tender process, Talent has been appointed to the UK Government’s new Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework (DOS 2), which connects public sector organisations to selected suppliers of digital services.

The framework is part of the Digital Marketplace, which aims to make the commissioning of digital and cloud services both simpler and faster.

Talent have been a supplier on the original framework since its inception last year and the inclusion in the DOS 2 will allow Talent to extend its current public sector recruitment partnerships into new areas including Cyber Security, Development, Business Analysts and Testing.

Talent EMEA CEO, Jon Butterfield, said: “We’re delighted to have the opportunity to extend our services in the public sector across a rapidly growing portfolio of digital services, in both local and central government.”

Leading the public sector relationship at Talent, Director Andrew Scholes believes there’s a massive opportunity to help councils harness the power of technology. “Councils across the country are exploring ways to use technology and data to create more efficient and effective ‘smart’ cities that better meet the needs of the people who live there. Resourcing the right people to support that is critical and that’s where Talent adds value and expertise”, he said
