This position requires an experienced and customer-focused Technical Support Officer to provide technical support for a recently implemented Power Platform applications (PowerApps and PowerBI primarily)

Key Accountabilities

  • Troubleshoot issues for Power Platform applications
  • Provide direct customer support via phone, email, instant messaging or any defined Service Centre communication method.
  • Document processes for Microsoft Teams
  • Provide support for applications, email and technology services

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience working as a Technical Support Officer
  • Experience supporting Power Platform applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner
  • Experience providing comprehensive first-level support for tools and applications for Microsoft Office products
