
Technical Support Officer
- CBD Location – Hybrid working Arrangement
- Contract until end of March 2024 – Government Agency
- Experience with supporting Power Platform applications
This position requires an experienced and customer-focused Technical Support Officer to provide technical support for a recently implemented Power Platform applications (PowerApps and PowerBI primarily)
Key Accountabilities
- Troubleshoot issues for Power Platform applications
- Provide direct customer support via phone, email, instant messaging or any defined Service Centre communication method.
- Document processes for Microsoft Teams
- Provide support for applications, email and technology services
Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience working as a Technical Support Officer
- Experience supporting Power Platform applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner
- Experience providing comprehensive first-level support for tools and applications for Microsoft Office products
