A leading Entertainment organisation is currently in search for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their high performing team in a permanent career opportunity. In this position you will support hiring within the business’s large technology function and have the opportunity to create impact and have full ownership of the people strategy within the IT portfolio.

About the role:

• Collaborate and partner with technology hiring managers across the business, supporting the recruitment process end to end, from taking the brief, writing job advertisements & sourcing
• You will be a trusted advisor, offering recruitment advice to managers
• This position will be working within the office of the CIO and CEO, so you will be communicating and managing relationships with senior stakeholders within the business
• You will liaise with recruitment suppliers when required for roles, and manage this relationship from end to end
• This is a high volume, fast paced position, filling an average of 500+ roles per month across the team, all whilst maintaining the commitment to provide the best service to candidates and stakeholders.

About you:

• 5+ years’ experience Recruitment experience (either at a recruitment agency or in a high-volume internal recruitment team)
• 3+ years’ experience with technology recruitment specifically, with end-to-end recruitment service experience
• You can build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels in order to collaborate effectively to deliver recruitment solutions
• You are comfortable and experienced working efficiently in a high volume, fast paced work environment
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment (highly regarded)
