The Role
Our client is seeking to engage the services of x1 APS5 Data Analyst and 1x APS6 Data Analyst to perform the following duties:

  • Data collation and data accessibility from internal and external sources.
  • Sing off data extraction and final outputs and keeping audit trail and change log of reports.
  • Improve data collation process by using VBA’s or SAS direct output.
  • Organising knowledge sharing sessions around data limitations or extraction procedures.
  • Develop strong knowledge of internal systems (CRM and Salesforce).
  • Responding to ad hoc and other report production requests.
  • Update and development of pricing analyses to enable informed pricing decisions.
  • Supporting the division to fulfil statutory requirements of the NDIS Act 2013 including the provision of data and analysis for reporting.
  • Designing statistical and mathematical models to undertake analytical work
  • Development and maintenance of pricing performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance the experience for all stakeholders.
  • Provide additional support when and where needed and undertaking specific initiatives when required

About You
The ideal candidates will possess:

Essential criteria

  • Three years’ experience with clean / transform / summarise large data sets.
  • Proficiency in SAS and SQL.
  • Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to work with large datasets.
  • Have demonstrated ability in tools such as excel/VBA and R or other programming language such as Python.
  • High level of skill working both autonomously and collaboratively in a team as well as the ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Excellent Report Writing skills (including tables & graphics).

Desirable criteria

  • Understanding of contemporary issues of people with disability
  • Experience with Dashboards development
  • Previous experience/exposure with data transformation projects.
  • Previous experience/exposure building statistical or machine learning models related to pricing.
