About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to work on across the payments program and payments surcharge project. These projects are looking to mature payments landscape, capability and platforms – to then leverage across domains both back of house and front facing to the customer. Experience in payments orchestration, payment gateways, payment service providers is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust payment solutions.
- Design end-to-end payment architectures that encompass seamless interactions between various systems and channels.
- Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes, enhance security, and improve the overall user experience.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party payment solutions, gateways, and services to streamline operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative payment strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex payment-related issues and devise effective solutions to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with a focus on payments.
- In-depth knowledge of payments orchestration, payment gateways, and payment services.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure payment solutions.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating technical concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
