As an experienced Solution Architect, you will contribute to the delivery of various ICT projects ongoing maturity, and support the uplift of the architecture practice.

Deliverables across all projects, irrespective of size and complexity, will include the following:

  • Business needs / Business Requirements documentation.
  • Development and maintenance of RAID logs throughout the life of the project.
  • Projects are usually expected to utilise the departments SharePoint; EDRMS; and DevOps tools for the management of projects and storage of project artefacts.
  • High Level Solution Designs.
  • Detailed / As-built solution documentation.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated extensive experience working in solution design/architecture roles.
  • Experience in more than one technology architecture domain (i.e. application; infrastructure; security).
  • TOGAF certification.

Desirable criteria

  • Prior experience working with Commonwealth agencies is highly desirable.
  • A sound working knowledge of DTA policies and practices is beneficial.
  • Prior experience with cloud, no code/low code platforms, and data and or integration management would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills will be highly regarded
