
Service Desk Analyst
One of client have multiple positions for Service Desk L1/L2 support, contract positions based in Adelaide
MUST HAVE: CANDIDATES WITH VALID WORKING RIGHTS (VALID AUSTRALIAN VISA, PR HOLDER, AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS)
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant role
- Knowledge of ICT infrastructure (server and desktop hardware, network peripherals, mobile devices etc.), TCP/IP, networking and information system security principles, practice and technologies within a Microsoft technologies environment
- Experience in providing high quality customer service in an ICT environment, maintaining a range
of infrastructure systems, hardware and applications, and understanding of enterprise ICT systems,
functionality and implementation approaches. - Sound communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain collaborative relationships
with stakeholders and staff
