Our Client
Our client is seeking a Service Designer with experience in managing or supporting large, complex digital projects across Australian Government agencies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Apply Service Design methodologies to spearhead change initiatives for the Your Career website.
- Develop and maintain complex customer journey maps, capturing enterprise-wide interdependencies while ensuring their quality and integrity.
- Utilise human-centered design thinking to assess and improve customer and stakeholder experiences.
- Engage and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to align with a future state vision.
Skills and Experience
- Depth of understanding in service design and delivery.
- Committed to improving customer experience and delivering high quality solutions within required timeframes.
- Ability to develop solutions and courses of action and frame recommend solutions to meet the required standards of the targeted audience.
- Demonstrated ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations into components, options or alternatives.
