  • In depth knowledge of documentation, coding, testing and deployment using multiple development languages and platforms
  • Proven project and delivery skills, and an ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Strong Software quality assurance and problem diagnosis and resolution
  • 4+ years experience in creating Standared Operating Environment Images for Endpoint Devices
  • 5+ year working in the workplace technology domain (collaboration, Identity and end user computing)
  • 5+ years experience in working with SCCM
  • 2+ years experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and deploying Cloud policies
  • Develop and implement a software and OS update schedule
  • Knowledge of the following, advanced skills preferable:
    • SCCM and Intune
    • Microsoft Auto-pilot
    • Management of MAC OS devices
    • Active Directory and Azure AD
    • Windows Image creation and distribution
    • Office 365 Integrated apps
    • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration
    • Proficiency in Microsoft support tools, such as DNS, storage and networking
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Architecture patterns with a focus on integration, including failure points and mitigation strategies
  • Ability to understand the essential needs of users and meet these needs in well-designed software applications and solutions
  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust within the development team, the project team and with business stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as good skills in time and resource management
