- In depth knowledge of documentation, coding, testing and deployment using multiple development languages and platforms
- Proven project and delivery skills, and an ability to work in an Agile environment
- Strong Software quality assurance and problem diagnosis and resolution

- 4+ years experience in creating Standared Operating Environment Images for Endpoint Devices
- 5+ year working in the workplace technology domain (collaboration, Identity and end user computing)
- 5+ years experience in working with SCCM
- 2+ years experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and deploying Cloud policies
- Develop and implement a software and OS update schedule
- Knowledge of the following, advanced skills preferable:
- SCCM and Intune
- Microsoft Auto-pilot
- Management of MAC OS devices
- Active Directory and Azure AD
- Windows Image creation and distribution
- Office 365 Integrated apps
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration
- Proficiency in Microsoft support tools, such as DNS, storage and networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Architecture patterns with a focus on integration, including failure points and mitigation strategies

- Ability to understand the essential needs of users and meet these needs in well-designed software applications and solutions
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust within the development team, the project team and with business stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as good skills in time and resource management
