Develop and implement practice strategies across testing, engineering, and implementation teams.
Ensuring adherence to established testing processes and methodologies.
Provide inputs into audit findings identified and help support teams with appropriate management response actions.
Use the subject matter experts and working groups to ensure the tools are configured to support the needs of the teams.
Manage licence deployment (using the Service Desk for support) across appropriate tools.
Work with key vendors and the Technology Commercial Team to ensure renewals are completed efficiently and efficiently.
Work closely with the Architecture team to ensure tooling is kept current and where upgrade, replacement or decommission is required; it’s planned and included in the appropriate technology roadmaps.
