Our client is a highly reputable Australian Avionics company.

About the Role

In this role you will report to the Head of Project Delivery and be responsible for leading the program team and delivering program outcomes for the organisation. The program spans across digitisation/automation, managed services, process standardisation and changing the way they work to improve effectiveness and unlock efficiencies. It will involve implementing digital solutions including Workforce, SAP Cloud, S4/HANA, Ariba, and SuccessFactors).

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing the program outcomes, planning delivery, delivering capabilities and embedding the outcomes
  • Reporting to the Program Board and managing day-to-day leadership of the program
  • Understanding and managing the impacts to all back-office areas including Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management
  • Delivering diverse technology and non-technology initiatives (including team design, process optimisation, contracts optimisation, and managed services)
  • Establishing and maintaining a high-performing, accountable program team


  • 10 + years’ experience delivering programs in a leadership position

  • Proven experience managing large enterprise transformation/digitisation programs
  • Experience managing the impacts to all back-office areas of the business (Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management)
  • Previous experience on program relating to SAP Cloud, Workforce, Ariba or SuccessFactors is desirable
  • Managing Successful Programmes certification
  • Diverse experience working across both private and public sectors is desirable
  • Experience managing implementations worth approx. $50 million (or higher)


  • 2 year initial fixed-term contract with potential to extend
  • Sydney based with flexible working arrangements (must be able to go into CBD office as needed)
  • Paying up to $210K package inclusive of super (commensurate with skills and experience)
  • Starting ASAP (the recruitment process is likely to take a few weeks and they can wait for the right candidate to give notice to their current employer)
