Senior PMO Analyst

• Contract until March 2024 – Local Council
• Melton Location – Hybrid Working Arrangement
• PMO Analysis for a Transformation Program

The Senior PMO Analyst supports Project Managers with the Project Management Office (PMO) on a variety of IT Projects including a System Implementation and Data Migration Project

You will be responsible for

• Manage all project reporting including monthly traffic light reports
• Conduct weekly meetings with Project and Delivery Managers
• Ensure strong project Governance and manage the risk register
• Allocate managed resources across core business and project activities
• Report development and management in support of planning and control activities

You will have

• Extensive experience as a PMO Analyst working on complex technology projects
• Experience in balancing constrained resources and competing project priorities
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management and ability to keep Project Managers to account
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite including MS Project
• Government and/or Local Council experience would be advantageous
