Our client is a Tier1 client in Financial Services sector. They strive to deliver exceptional services/products to their clients/customers through innovation, integrity, and collaboration. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst with expertise in PowerCurve or Collections to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of credit risk management, collections strategies/processes, and advanced analytics. They will play a crucial role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to optimize collections processes and enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Utilize PowerCurve and other relevant tools to perform data analysis, predictive modeling, and segmentation to improve collections effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain collections strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on PowerCurve functionalities, best practices, and industry trends to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of collections strategies and make recommendations for adjustments based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead and support special projects and initiatives related to collections optimization, process improvement, and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on collections.
  • Proven experience working with PowerCurve or similar collections systems is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to credit risk management and collections.
