SalesForce Platform Manager

• CBD Location – Hybrid Working Arrangement
• 6 Month Initial Contract – Government Department
• Salesforce/ServiceNow Platforms – 90 people team

The Platform Manager will be responsible for managing and planning the development, testing, and internal enhancements for their Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms

You will be responsible for

• Managing and planning for the Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms
• Manage staff (team of 90) from various sources within the team
• Manage the performance of staff and motivate and encourage individual development
• Ensures completion of allocated processes and activities.
• Establishes and maintains effective client and stakeholder relationships

You will have

• Strong experience as a Platform Manager in the Salesforce/ServiceNow space
• Strong experience managing a large team
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to manage vendors
• Excellent organisational and time management skills including flexibility
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
