The Role
Our client is seeking the engagement of a Release Train Engineer to oversee the planning and delivery of essential ICT solutions that will enhance their ability to undertake their core business. Working in collaboration with business project managers and scrum masters, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all technical components of the solutions, including system architecture, cyber, and security.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Definition of project scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Development of project schedules and maintenance of project plans
- Delivery of technical components for proposed solutions
- Identification and logging of risks, issues, and escalations
- Management of technical components of Release Plans
- Oversight of day-to-day deliver of technology solutions alongside scrum masters
- Creation of a project Confluence page for team collaboration
Skills and Experience
- Significant experience establishing and managing delivery of ICT projects, including cloud-based solutions
- Knowledge and experience in contemporary project management and governance frameworks and methodologies
- Experience managing projects in a government environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certifications, i.e. SAFe Agile
It is a requirement of this position that the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and either hold or be eligible to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
