We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Scheduler to join our team within the Australian Defence Environment. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and managing complex defence projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation, timely execution, and successful project outcomes. Your expertise in scheduling, coordination, and communication will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our defence initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for defence projects, incorporating activities, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and create realistic and achievable schedules.
• Analyze project scope, objectives, and constraints to formulate accurate project timelines and identify potential risks or delays.
• Monitor project progress by tracking key performance indicators, evaluating actual performance against planned milestones, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project schedules, resource utilization, and potential bottlenecks to project stakeholders and senior management.
