Project Manager - D365 CRM Project Manager

Talent International is searching for experienced Project Manager to join our client, a large state governing body. This is a 12-month contract position based in Brisbane.

About the Role:
Our client is undergoing a Modernisation Program to replace and enhance their Customer Relationship Management and Finance system with a contemporary and sustainable solution that meets the current and future needs of the organisation while enabling customers to access their services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget estimation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and status to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead cross-functional project teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and testers, to ensure successful project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions through regular testing, validation, and adherence to best practices.
• Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status to project stakeholders.
• Change Management: Work in partnership with Change and Benefits manager and implement management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for clients and end-users.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk issue logs, and change requests.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, understand their business needs, and align project deliverables accordingly

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or qualification in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Prince 2, Scrum/ Agile) or equivalent experience. Project Management certification is a must.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies is a plus.
