A leading Entertainment organisation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Controls Lead to join their dynamic team and contribute to a significant transformation and regulatory program. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of the program, focusing on governance, risk management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance and Risk Management: Oversee and maintain program governance frameworks, including risk management, issue tracking, and change control.
  • Program Controls: Implement and manage program controls, ensuring adherence to project methodologies and standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, preparing assurance packs and audit preparation
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, program managers, and team members.
  • Document Management: Manage and maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage enterprise project management tools (EPPM) to track progress and manage risks.

Key Requirements:

  • Risk and Assurance expereince
  • Proven experience in program controls and governance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in EPPM tools
  • Experience in a regulated industry is highly desirable.
