Privacy Officer

The Role:

We are seeking a Privacy Officer to join our Government client on a 3-month initial contract with the potential for extension. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on critical projects, interact with various departments, and contribute to the development and implementation of robust privacy policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide policy advice and support on information privacy matters.
• Respond to privacy inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in managing and resolving privacy incident.
• Develop, update, and implement privacy policies.
• Deliver targeted training sessions on privacy.

About You:

• Proven experience in privacy compliance or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, especially those relevant to government entities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Government experience – advantageous
