Mining Systems Application Support Analyst (FIFO)

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure system uptime and stability, restore services, and manage incident communications
* Act as the primary on-site contact for users and technical teams
* Deploy, configure, and maintain Fleet Management System applications and services
* Configure alerts, monitoring, and logging to ensure optimal system performance
* Perform Linux system administration tasks to maintain security and compliance
* Provide L1 and L2 technical support for production applications
* Document and improve operational support processes
* Collaborate with Product Managers on upgrades and issue management
* Support network monitoring and feedback with OT teams

Required Qualifications
* Significant experience providing L1 & L2 IT customer support
* Experience in production incident management and service restoration
* Knowledge of Python, Bash, Linux administration, Docker, and virtualisation
* Familiarity with SQL Server and Dynatrace or equivalent monitoring tools
* Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field

Skills & Competencies
* Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
* Experience with automated deployment tools (e.g. Ansible)
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Working Conditions (Optional)
* 8/6 site roster working alongside operations and product teams
