Our Federal Government client is Australia’s principle revenue collection agency, primarily responsible for administering the federal taxation system and superannuation legislation, as well as managing and delivering a range of Australian government payment and loan schemes.

About the Role

Join a major enterprise transformation that’s reshaping end-user technology, workplace systems, and HR/Finance capability. This role sits at the heart of program delivery, providing integrated master scheduling across two significant IT programs. Your expertise will give leadership the visibility and confidence needed to drive successful delivery outcomes.

Your duties will include:

  • Building and managing detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures in MS Project Professional
  • Maintaining the Program Master Schedule and integrating external vendor and delivery partner schedules
  • Tracking milestones, interdependencies, and risks across multiple projects and workstreams
  • Supporting financial reporting through schedule baselines, forecasting inputs, and governance documentation
  • Uplifting capability across the PMO through knowledge sharing and schedule best practice
  • Providing broader PMO support within the Modern Workplace and ERP Modernisation programs

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Strong PMO background with experience supporting large IT or multi-stream programs
  • Prior experience within an ERP transformation environment (highly desirable)
  • Advanced capability with MS Project Professional and enterprise scheduling tools
  • Solid understanding of IT scheduling principles, methodologies, and dependency management
  • Experience supporting financial tracking, reporting, and commercial alignment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI) for collaboration and reporting
