The Role

As a Junior RPA Developer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of RPA services. This includes performing RPA opportunity assessments, engaging in CASG RPA development, and contributing to Enterprise RPA efforts. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, developing automation solutions, and ensuring their successful integration into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and on-board business candidates to RPA.
  • Conduct RPA Opportunity Assessment (through interview and follow up consultation).
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, e.g. Process Definition Document and Solution Design Document.
  • Develop automation process flows and objects.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on Blue Prism.
  • Proven experience working within the Defence sector.
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and process flows.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing and production deployment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to onboard business candidates to RPA solutions.
  • Familiarity with Defence RPA production environments and practices.
