One of our client is looking to hire multiple IT Field Technician for helping their user with Mobile App Installation for a short term 4 to 6 weeks contract based in Adelaide

MUST HAVE:

  • Valid National Policy Check (issued in last 6 months)
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Available Immediately (can start next week)

Job Overview: We are seeking multiple skilled IT Technicians to assist with the installation of mobile applications on Apple and Android devices across various locations. The role requires travel between multiple sites, ensuring mobile apps are installed correctly and efficiently.

Mainly Metropolitan sites with some sites in Goolwa and Gawler

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure designated mobile apps on Apple and Android phones for end-users.
  • Travel to various sites to perform installations as required.
  • Provide basic training or guidance to users on how to operate the app.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues.
  • Ensure all installations adhere to company standards and instructions (Installation/Quick reference guide will be provide)
  • Report installation progress and any challenges encountered at each site to Team leaders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with mobile app installation on both Apple and Android devices.
  • Good understanding of iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Strong communication and people management skills; ability to assist non-technical users.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions closely.
  • Flexibility to travel to multiple locations as required by the project.
