Our client is Tier 1 client in Financial Services sector. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with HR expertise to join our team and lead critical projects that align with their company’s strategic goals.
As a Project Manager with HR Experience, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of projects related to human resources, talent management, and employee development. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR projects while ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall objectives and values.
- Lead the planning, initiation, execution, and monitoring of HR-related projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure that project objectives are aligned with HR strategies.
- Work closely with other departments, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
- Ensure that all HR projects adhere to legal regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies and standards.
- Proven experience in project management, with 2-3 years of successful project management experience in HR-related projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
