We are seeking a highly capable and dedicated HR Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective HR services while fostering positive relationships. You will provide ongoing support to managers and staff on various workplace matters, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.


  • Develop and implement customer-focused strategies for job classification, talent management support, redeployment case management, and operational workforce planning and reporting.
  • Provide HR general and advisory services to managers and employees, offering guidance on policy interpretation and application of awards and agreements.
  • Coordinate and administer streamlined recruitment, selection, and appointment processes in adherence to applicable legislation, instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Advise and support key stakeholders in enhancing the capability and accountability of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, manuals, and forms.
  • Assist in the implementation of Workforce Planning and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, engaging in multi-disciplinary projects, learning from others, and leveraging personal strengths to solve problems and achieve workforce strategic objectives.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, valuing diverse perspectives and treating people with respect and courtesy.
  • Coordinate, develop, and deliver information and training programs related to operational workforce planning and classification processes.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to HR staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
