Contract Role – Multiple Positions
Based in Adelaide
Candidates with Valid Australian Visa, PR or Citizenship will be considered.
One of our clients is looking for a IT Help desk support officer based in Adelaide for a short term contract role with possbility of extensions. Will be responsible for providing first level service desk support. On job training will be provided.
- Should have at least 12 months’ work experience on a IT Helpdesk.
- Receive and diagnose technical issues via phone or email
- Resolve technical issues and provide an excellent customer experience
- Experience with Windows XP and 7
- Credential issues
- Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- Mobile phone issues
- Outlook / Exchange Online
- LAN & WAN technologies : Basic networking
- Experience with ticket logging tools
- Good Communication skills
