HCM Delivery Manager
Eveleigh/WFH – Hybrid
12 Months Contract
Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘HCM Delivery Manager’.
Key Criteria:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager in complex business transformation programs, enabled by technology
- Experience in leading the delivery of HCM technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable)
- Experience managing the detail in complex programs of work across all disciplines to achieve business outcomes
- End to end delivery experience from requirement gathering through to hypercare support and service transition
- Proven leadership capabilities, including resourcefulness, excellent communication, problem solving, critical thinking, strong sense of accountability/ownership, a ‘can-do’ mindset, proactive and holistic thinking skills, ability to influence, which would enable finding positive, constructive solutions and steering through complex or demanding scenarios with agility.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to building high performing, cohesive and collaborative teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in a matrix program team structure and building high performing, cohesive and collaborative teams (including business design, technical implementation, data migration, testing and change workstreams)
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships to ensure vendor and program team resources work collaboratively to deliver program objectives
- Experience working in a large, complex organisations, preferably with some Public Sector experience.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certifications preferred.
