Role requirements:

  • Extensive Microsoft 365 Dynamics experience
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of business operations
  • Customer-focused with a passion for excellence
  • Adaptable: switch between functional configuration, customer meetings, and business process discussions
  • Capable of providing business-ready training

You’ll bring:

  • 2-4 years in a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate across all levels: clients, users, seniors, peers, and developers
  • Understanding of technologies supporting applications
