Our client is a well-known client in FMCG sector. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and digital solutions, leveraging their analytical skills to optimize processes and drive business success. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assess digital requirements, and contribute to the development of innovative digital strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for digital initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive digital requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of digital strategies.
- Provide insights into emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and recommend improvements.
- Work with data scientists and analysts to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst with 6 – 8 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement having worked with senior levels.
- Excellent in verbal & communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
