DevOps Engineer (Azure)
Talent is searching for an experienced DevOps Engineer (Azure) to join a leading financial institution here in Brisbane and work across multiple long-term projects working with cutting edge technology. This position will be for an initial 6-month contract and will have long-term extension options available.

Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience with MS Azure Platform and in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Azure-based applications in Azure DevOps leveraging Git based source control.
- Extensive experience in deploying PaaS solutions, APIs, and in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, BICEP and Terraform to provision and manage Azure resources efficiently.
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and complex task execution.
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing secure software delivery pipelines by integrating application security tooling (such as SAST, DAST and dependency vulnerability management) into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with provisioning Sitecore topologies like Experience Platform (XP) and/or Experience Management (XM) on Azure App Services (PaaS) or Containers with Kubernetes using IaC is advantageous.
- Knowledge of C#, .Net Core and .Net Framework.
- Good understanding of networking and network protocol will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and implementing security practices.
Certifications:
- Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-400) a plus
