
Desktop Support Analyst
- Permanent Part time role – 2 days per week
- Epping & Greensborough Locations – Onsite

This Education Institution is seeking an Onsite Technical Analyst to provide priority support for School teaching and learning hardware, specialist equipment and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt investigation, resolution, and diagnosis of Incidents requests
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline and improve offered services.
- Provide onsite support services for classroom and teaching technologies
- Collaborate in Problem Management activities, providing informed advice and feedback
Key Skills:
- Proven ability to provide 1 and 2nd level Onsite Support services for endpoint computing, classroom teaching technologies, Audio Visual, video conferencing and meeting space support,
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service operating in a high performing area
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Desirable: Valid Working With Children Check Card (Employee).
