Our client, a Transformative organisation committed to efficient and sustainable business practices, is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team. This is a permanent position where you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation for the organisation, working on a unique program that promises exciting challenges and rewarding experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the IT landscape of our client’s strategic program. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technical solutions delivery of strategic projects within a structured governance framework.
• Providing consultancy, training, and support for the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP systems.
• Managing and delivering data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Translating technical requirements into design specifications.
• Analysing complex technical issues and overseeing solution design and configuration.
• Guiding project teams, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to testing and delivery phases.
• Creating comprehensive technical and solution documentation.
• Assisting with defect resolutions and supporting post-project transition activities.
• Evaluating implemented changes to drive successful delivery of business requirements.

What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• A relevant tertiary degree in Information Technology System/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
• Extensive understanding of PRINCE2 project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS-SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Crystal reports, XLOne reports, ETL’s, Dashboard and Form development, IT Business Systems Security Access Requirements, SQL database structures, and architecture.
• Extensive data migration experience.
• Demonstrated experience with testing frameworks, methodologies, processes, and procedures.
• Experience in complex projects and diverse project teams.
• Strong vendor management skills and effective collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities.
• A current C Class Driver’s Licence and National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
