Our client, a Transformative organisation committed to efficient and sustainable business practices, is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team. This is a permanent position where you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation for the organisation, working on a unique program that promises exciting challenges and rewarding experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing: As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the IT landscape of our client’s strategic program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the technical solutions delivery of strategic projects within a structured governance framework.
- Providing consultancy, training, and support for the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP systems.
- Managing and delivering data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Translating technical requirements into design specifications.
- Analysing complex technical issues and overseeing solution design and configuration.
- Guiding project teams, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to testing and delivery phases.
- Creating comprehensive technical and solution documentation.
- Assisting with defect resolutions and supporting post-project transition activities.
- Evaluating implemented changes to drive successful delivery of business requirements.
What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- A relevant tertiary degree in Information Technology System/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Foundations certification.
- Extensive understanding of PRINCE2 project management frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS-SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Crystal reports, XLOne reports, ETL’s, Dashboard and Form development, IT Business Systems Security Access Requirements, SQL database structures, and architecture.
- Extensive data migration experience.
- Demonstrated experience with testing frameworks, methodologies, processes, and procedures.
- Experience in complex projects and diverse project teams.
- Strong vendor management skills and effective collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities.
- A current C Class Driver’s Licence and National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
