Data and Reporting Analyst
Our client is an iconic Australian organisation currently seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to own and deliver projects within their Salesforce space.
Your new role will see you responsible for the end-to-end solution delivery of features within the Data Analytics and Insights workstream. This will include: gathering, analysing and interpreting requirements from stakeholders, building and testing solutions, as well as demonstrating the solution to end users. The role will be supported by other members in the team such as Change and Communication analyst and Delivery Lead. You will be required to provide SME knowledge on the Salesforce Einstein products and be able to demonstrate its benefits to the wider business.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Salesforce Analytics Cloud (Einstein), preferably on projects for large sized or complex organisation
- Skilled with technologies such as Miro, Visio, Jira, Confluence
- Ability to deliver solutions end-to-end (requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, solution design and delivery)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with a requirement to be on-site 3 days per week.
