The Role
Our client is seeking the engagement of a Cyber Security Architect to provide expert advice and guidance across a range of capabilities, including identity and access, cyber security operations, data storage and analytics, as part of a key program of work.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Development of a future roadmap for the uplift of an API Gateway
- Cyber security architecture, with a focus on SIEM capability
- Development of a cyber security roadmap, with focus on Essential 8 compliance
- Implementation of initiatives to reduce technology risk, governance, and compliance
- Development of IT security standards, policy, and procedures for managing risk
Skills and Experience
- Significant experience as a Cyber Security architect using Microsoft products and platforms
- Skills and experience across all architecture domains – business, information, security, data etc.
- Experience in Australian Government governance concepts
- Experience with digital transformation
- Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or relevant professional certifications.
It is a requirement of this position that the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain a security clearance at the NV1 level.
