About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Service superstar to join their team in assisting with customer service queries that come through and be the front-facing advocates for the organisation. You will be required to use SAP and Outlook, and will be provided with thorough training around these systems upon commencement.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Answering customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Receiving and inputting orders, taking quotes, and processing credits
- Maintaining consistent communication with different areas of the business
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience within a full-time phone-based customer service position (at least 1 year)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Must be able and happy to work in the Silverwater office 5 days per week
