Customer Service Officer
The Role
Join government client as a Customer Service Officer for an intial 6 month contract with a potential to extend / go permenant. The few areas you will be exposed to and trained with this organisation which are customer service front counter, concierge, license testing and computer testing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all interactions and administrative tasks
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support
About You:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Full drivers licence required.
