We’re on the lookout for a talented Customer Service Representative to join and be the friendly face and voice that represents our government client. It is an intial 6 month contract role + 6 month extension based in Sunbury.

What You’ll Do:

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and find creative solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
